Paznicul Virtual, vision AI on existing cameras that checks what is seen against what was rung up

In a fast-food restaurant, a bar or a petrol station, money is rarely lost in one big theft. It goes in dozens of small differences every day: an extra drink handed out, a receipt voided after payment, the drawer opened without a sale, a wrong order. Cameras record all of it, but nobody has time to watch hours of footage. Paznicul Virtual started from a fast-food client's question: can we automatically check what leaves the kitchen against what was rung up?

Paznicul Virtual uses the cameras the business already has. It connects them to the cash register and, for every order, compares what the camera sees with the receipt issued. It catches items handed over without a receipt, voids after payment, the drawer opened without a transaction and wrong orders at packing. When something doesn't match, the manager gets a short clip of the exact moment and the receipt on WhatsApp, and marks it with one tap: theft, mistake or false alarm.

Because WhatsApp alerts, voice and the conversational assistant were already built and proven in Recepționerul Virtual, our AI receptionist product, Paznicul Virtual reuses them. That is how Iris was born: the manager asks her on WhatsApp or by phone, in Romanian, what happened at register 1 last night, or gives her a new rule in plain words, for example to be notified when the queue goes over five people.

We built the whole ecosystem: the pazniculvirtual.ro website, with pages for eight industries, a blog with practical guides and legal pages about workplace video surveillance, plus the client dashboard at app.pazniculvirtual.ro, with cameras, incidents, reports and rules. For now the dashboard runs on demonstration data, and the images and clips on the website are illustrative scenes, generated for presentation.

The product is in the pilot phase. We start on a single register and one or two cameras for 30 days, and we prepare the documents required by law (employee notice, video surveillance policy, impact assessment). Paznicul Virtual is monitoring and loss-prevention software, not a security guard service.
