Recepționerul Virtual is our product for companies in Romania: an AI receptionist that answers the phone, the website chat and WhatsApp, in Romanian and in tourists' languages, makes bookings and appointments directly in the systems the business already uses and sends everything to its own dashboard, also available as a mobile app for iOS and Android.
Hotels, guesthouses, clinics and salons in Romania lose customers on the phone: someone calls in the evening, at the weekend or while the front desk is busy, nobody answers, and the customer calls the next place. Recepționerul Virtual started here, as Syntranova's own product, built for the Romanian market.
Every client gets an AI receptionist with the business's own name, voice and information. It answers a dedicated Romanian phone number, the website chat and WhatsApp, day and night, in Romanian and in tourists' languages. It knows the rooms, services, prices, opening hours and house rules, and anything that needs a person goes to the team.
What makes the difference is the connection to the systems the business already uses. At Hotel Clipa, the receptionist checks availability and books directly in pynbooking. At Central Apart Hotel and Parliament Square it reads free rooms and the final price from 5stardesk. At Eden Spa it books appointments directly in Evobeauty, at Prime Supplements it searches the Shopify catalogue, and at Babuf it gives the price and stock from MerchantPro.
Everything lands in its own dashboard, with an account for each business: calls and conversations with transcripts and summaries, leads, appointments and bookings, the subscription and the minutes used. From the same dashboard, the business can request a new phone number, with the documents the carrier asks for. The dashboard is also a mobile app for iOS and Android, published on the App Store and Google Play.
On receptionerulvirtual.ro, anyone can call the demos on the Call and listen page and hear exactly what their own customers will hear, before they start.
